Ordering
On-line Shopping Cart:
All billing and credit card information entered through our shopping cart system are processed via our secure server utilizing SSL. Upon the customer's completion of the checkout process, the customer will be e-mailed an order confirmation summary soon after. The confirmation is simply a copy of your order and will not reflect any out of stock items or the postage charged until we completed your order. Credit card payment will be verified off-line, through our Sacramento retail store's credit card verification system.
Phone, Fax, or Regular Mail Orders:
For these types of ordering, use the on-line shopping cart system. However, during the check out process, you will be offered the choice to Phone/Fax the order. When you select this option, you will have the opportunity to print your order summary and either fax, phone, or mail it to us at the phone and/or fax number listed at the top of the pages.
Please follow up your faxed, or regular mailed order by phoning us with your valid credit card number and expiration date. Upon receipt of the order, and credit card information, we will then process the order in the Sacramento retail store, as mentioned in the On-line Shopping Cart paragraph above.

Shipping:
Continental United States: Please Note: The US Postal service is now shipping by zone. To keep the rates fair to our customers. We will not use the flat shipping rates as we did in the past. Your package will be shipped based on the weight of your package and the zone you live. All packages will be shipped priority unless otherwise requested. Example: Any order under 1 pound is $4.95, regardless of zone. However, anything over 1 pound is shipped by zone. The order form will not indicate shipping rates.
International Orders: Orders shipped to outside the continental U.S., and/or international orders, will be charged an additional shipping fee, which will be determined by the U.S. Postal Service for standard delivery service. All packages will be insured.
Special Delivery: If you would prefer alternate shipping methods, describe them in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS section of the checkout form. We will then make arrangements to ship per your instructions, and charge you any additional shipping fees.
Payment:
We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover/Novus credit cards. Credit card payment will be verified off-line, through our Sacramento retail store's credit card verification system.
Taxes:
California resident customers will be assessed a 7.75% sales tax on all orders.
Returns:
Your business is important to us. If you receive a damaged item, please return the item for same kind replacement; or if you are not completely satisfied with a purchased item, please return the unopened item for a full refund.
Please Note: We will not accept returns on opened containers or packages containing multiple quantities of small beads, small crystals, seeds beads or delicas, small findings, etc.
Out of Stock Items:
We do not have a back order service. If we are out of stock in any item listed on your purchase order, we will notify you directly on the shipping invoice when we ship your order. If all ordered items are out of stock we will notify you by e-mail, and cancel your order, with no further action on our part. However, you are encouraged to contact us for the item(s) future availability. In all cases, only those items that we actually ship, along with the related shipping charges, will be billed to your credit card.
